About The Dynamic Publisher

The Dynamic Publisher blog is meant to be a singular source of information about dynamic publishing.

Dynamic publishing is a different way to create and share information. This approach allows organisations to create content as reusable components of information that can be easily combined for different uses - - different types of documents, different formats, and different audiences. It also streamlines and automates the page formatting process, so production to print, Web, and electronic content is automatically published from a single source of information.

Dynamic publishing’s benefits to organisations:
•    Streamlines and automates the publishing process to save time and costs
•    Makes information more accurate, compliant, convenient, current and consistent

The Dynamic Publisher started as an online newsletter that was published bi-monthly and evolved into this blog.  We will continue to send out bi-monthly highlights via an email newsletter. This blog will focus on how dynamic publishing enables organisations to create and share information in new ways. Here, Quark bloggers and guest contributors share their knowledge and experience with posts on success stories, uses cases, best practices, XML authoring and publishing, DITA, automated multichannel publishing, and insightful thoughts on technology innovations and trends in the market that further enable the utility and adoption of dynamic publishing to help organisations reap its benefits.
